For a nylon jacket that's practical but low key in appearance, consider the Portsmouth Jacket. Available in black or navy, this jacket has a River Tec Nylon exterior with a water-resistant finish. Its lining is made from 100% soft cotton flannel. In addition, it has covered side pockets with zippers, elasticized cuffs, reflective zipper pulls, and double needle top-stitched seams for durability and strength. But most importantly, it has a built-in hood.
