For additional colors and/or locations add a set-up fee of $40 and a running charge of: $1.00 per piece for orders of 96-199, $0.94 for 200-287, $0.88 for 288-491, $0.75 for 492-995, $0.69 for 996-1499, and $0.62 for 1500 and above.
