For each additional imprint color and/or location, add $20.00 plus $0.62 per piece to the original running charge on orders of 96-199, $0.50 for 200-287, $0.44 for 288-491, $0.31 for 492-995, $0.25 for 996-1499, and $0.21 for 1500 and above.
